Hello everyone.....

 Hello everyone....

We hope you have all had a wonderful weekend with family and friends.
Last week we have enjoyed sharing lots of Christmas stories and singing Christmas songs at group time.
Throughout the week we have been very busy preparing some lovely Christmas surprises to bring home at the end of this week. On Monday and Wednesday and Thursday we visited Poundbury garden centre to look at all the Christmas decorations and we visited the cafe for a drink. We talked about all the different Christmas objects we saw and about all the different colours and shapes. On Wednesday and Thursday we loved playing on the ride on train in the preschool hall. On Thursday afternoon we enjoyed making mince pies and eating them for snack. We continue to love playing in the Christmas role play room. Also we have been busy constructing with the magnetic shapes and battery operated tealights along with constructing marble runs. We have also been using the christmas cutters in the playdough and decorating our playdough Chrsitmas trees with beads, gems and buttons. We have enjoyed playing with the Christmas fuzzy felt and jigsaws. We have been playing with the sequin tiles. It was lovely to see so many of our families at our Christmas Breakfast on Tuesday.
