Hello everyone......

 Hello everyone...

We hope you have all had a fabulous weekend in the wonderful sunshine with family and friends.

WOW, we can't believe it is our last week of the school year. It has been an absolutely amazing year full of adventures and learning.

This week we have enjoyed making chocolate cakes to take to the care home on Wednesday. A group of children visited the care home on Wednesday to have a singsong and to eat chocolate cakes. Another group on Wednesday had a fab PE session with Mr Treble playing some of our favourite games. We have all enjoyed going swimming and we all love the water now and have become so confident in the water. We have also enjoyed doing our sponsored bike and scooterthon. We did lots of laps around the mound. We really enjoyed visiting Sharon's garden to watch Thomas the tank engine, Percy and other trains going around the track in the garden and learning all about the signal box. It was a fabulous trip. We have also enjoyed playing in soft play.  We have enjoyed constructing with the marble run, wooden construction robots, plastic rods and shape arrangements. We have been finding the letters to make a word and then fred talking the sounds to make the word. On our finger frenzy table this week we have been threading ribbons on the cooling racks. On our small world table we have enjoyed playing with the pirate train track small world set. We have had great fun playing with the playdough with shells, ice cream cones, coloured stones and dinosaur skeletons. In our role play we have had a under the sea and a ice-cream role play shop.

In our Read write Inc groups with have been learning the following sounds:

Julia's, Colleen and Lauren's group- m,a,s,d,t, i, n,p,g,o,c,k,u,b,f,e,l
Sharon's- Picture names and rhyming
