Hello everyone,
Last week we have have been busy making some surprises to bring home at the end of this week. The children have really enjoyed making them. Throughout the week we have enjoyed reading lot's of different Christmas Stories. It's been lovely to see children bring Christmas stories in from home to share with us. We have also been very busy learning our Christmas carol service and we are all amazing at singing them. Along with our Christmas carols we have enjoyed singing some other Christmas songs. On Thursday afternoon we had our visitors with the Puppet Nativity show which we all really enjoyed watching and joining in with. On Thursday morning we joined up with the Dorchester Opportunity group for a Christmas sing song.
It was lovely to so many of our families at the Christmas breakfast on Thursday. We have all enjoyed playing in the Nativity role play area acting out the Christmas story. We have been created with the shaving foam Christmas tree and decorating it beautifully.
This week we will continue with our Christmas surprises to bring home to our families. On Tuesday morning we will be going to watch the dress rehearsals at school of the Christmas plays. On Tuesday afternoon we will be walking to the church for our Christmas carol service practice. All children who attend on a Tuesday afternoon at pre-school will be going to the church. On Friday we have got our Christmas party in the morning. It will be a fun and exciting morning of party games, food and lot's more. On Wednesday lunchtime we have got our Christmas dinner.
