Hello everyone.....
We hope you have all had an amazing weekend in the beautiful sunshine.
This week we have been learning about other countries including Africa
On Monday a group of children made cakes to take to the care home on Wednesday. We also had a special visitor which was Gladitor Steel. We had a special assembly with him and also he came and met us all.
On Tuesday we had our kickboxing session and went on an adventure to Africa. We practice lots of skills in prepartion for our session next week with our parents.
On Wednesday morning a group of children went to the Care home for a Sing song, Story and cake. We had a great time with the parachute and bubbles. We also had our sports day which the children were amazing at. We hope you enjoyed watching. We did lots of racing including egg and spoon, relay races, hurdles, running, sack race and bean bag throwing. In the afternoon we had our Relax Kids session with Sian.
On Thursday in the afternoon Group B went for the transition visit over at Reception class. They had a wonderful time exploring Recpetion and Meeting Miss Gooden and Mrs Rogers.
On Friday we had Our Railway day. We had lots of fun and we loved watching the rocket blast off at 3pm.
Throughout the week we have enjoyed constructing with the popoids, robot construction. We have played with the sound pots- g,i,p and the whiteboards and pens. In the small world area we have been playing with the pirate ship train track. On our finger frenzy table this week we have been playing with the racks and ribbons. We have had the school uniform and shoe shop role play area and the train set in room2.

Notices
As the sunny weather is appearing please could all children come to school with suncream on. Also we will reapply suncream after lunch if needed.
This week is our swimming sessions, please can all children bring their swimming kit on their designated day. If your day is on Thursday please could you bring your kit in on Monday and we will be swimming you either on Monday or Friday due to our trip and reception afternoon. Any questions please speakto Julia.
On Tuesday morning at 9.45am in the main school hall we have got our Kickboxing session for you to come and watch . Please come to main school office at 9.40am.
On Thursday it is Prince of Wales School Reception 2025 intake information session and BBQ. Please see previous letter for more information or come and speak to Julia.
